Presidenti amerikan, Joe Biden, deklaroi në konferencën e parë për shtyp të mërkurën se ai beson se Rusia do të ndërmarrë një sulm në Ukrainë.

Ai theksoi se, në rast të një pushtimi të Ukrainës, do ketë sanksione shumë të rënda ndaj Rusisë.
